The Critical Assessment of Genome Interpretation is a community experiment to assess the current methods of interpreting genomic variation and to inform future research directions. The experiment will consist of blind predictions of molecular, cellular, or organismal phenotypes from provided genomic data and assessment against unpublished observations. A secondary goal of this experiment is to engage and connect researchers from the diverse disciplines that are required for genome interpretation. For more information please visit CAGI website
